Women’s Premier League Auction 2026 LIVE Updates: Star India all-rounder Deepti Sharma has been the highest buy so far of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 mega auction in New Delhi, being sold to UP Warriorz for Rs 3.2 crore. The bidding for capped all-rounders is now underway. Delhi Capitals (DC) initially won the bidding for Deepti at Rs 50 lakh, but extended their bid after UPW exercised their RTM option. UPW, however, went all in and matched the raised bid as well. New Zealand all-rounders Sophie Devine and Amelia Kerr have fetched big prices, getting sold for Rs 2 crore and Rs 3 crore to Gujarat Giants (GG) and Mumbai Indians (MI) respectively. Experienced Australia batters experienced mixed fortunes, as Meg Lanning was sold to UPW, but Alyssa Healy went unsold. (LIVE AUCTION CENTRE)
