Cyclone Ditwah Tracker LIVE Updates: Cyclone Ditwah over the southwest Bay of Bengal continued moving nearly northwards at 7 kmph over the past six hours today.
At 11:30 am, the cyclone lay about 100 km east-southeast of Cuddalore, 110 km northeast of Karaikal, 100 km east-southeast of Puducherry, 150 km north-northeast of Vedaranniyam, and 170 km south-southeast of Chennai.
The cyclone’s centre is currently around 80 km from the north Tamil Nadu-Puducherry coast.
Cyclone Ditwah is very likely to move northwards, parallel to the Tamil Nadu-Puducherry coasts over the next 24 hours. It is expected to come within 60 km of the coastline by afternoon and around 30 km by evening today.
